I see my job as “clearing the haze” around complex projects that appear insurmountable and make it clear that the goals can be organized and achieved. Like so many of my colleagues, I’m a tech geek and like to get my hands dirty to push products to their limit and maximize their impact.
I run a team that blends the technology know-how to optimize a client’s complex systems, and the people skills to really understand the needs, skills, priorities and culture of the staff sitting in front of those screens all day. I’ve spent 24 years in the industry focused on this mission: maximizing customer business goals using a comprehensive infrastructure of methodologies, processes, knowledge, and tools. At home, I’m a hands-on guy too: I love DIY as a concept, both for productivity and even more, as a catalyzation tool to unleash creativity.
I leverage over 20 years of experience in the field to assess and advise customers along the most practical routes to improve their DevOps processes. Whether there are gaps to fill or simply weak areas to update with the latest technology, my goal is to make sure there are measurable improvements to each challenge I find. As you may expect from a tech-savvy CTO, I love tech gadgets, sci-fi books and movies, and PC gaming.
My job is to make sure we are always ahead of the curve when it comes to knowledge and innovation, aiming to provide our customers with the most professional, forward-thinking consultants. I’ve spent 17 years in my field successfully delivering the best our industry has to offer in a tailor-made solution. Though I’m extremely consistent in that passion, I have two thoughts about pets: I absolutely adore dogs... but have a cat!

At home my creativity manifests itself in my hobbies: an amateur photographer and baker.
I provide software and tailor-made professional services solutions to my customers, from a portfolio of: Snyk, monday.com, Micro Focus ADM and DevOps. After 16 years in the industry, and with so many types of clients and various best-of-breed products, I invest much of my time getting to understand each customer’s unique pains and requirements, to make sure I can match them to the most suitable solution.
Oh, and I love extra spicy food – you don’t want to compete with me at a spicy food competition!

I’m laser-focused on providing Atlassian solutions – licensing, consulting and support – to our customers looking to leverage the broad toolkit of add-ons that Atlassian is known for. For the past four years, I’ve found the most satisfaction from solving the most urgent, unexpected client challenges - finding solutions and people from my team to supply them when we’re fully booked, it’s after hours, but none of that matters to a client who needs a solution right now, without excuses or delay. Away from the office, I love to kitesurf! Out on the sea, it’s the only place I find that unique combination that comes with adrenaline and being alone in massive open, natural spaces -- a break from the intensity of day-to-day life.
With 10 years’ experience in administration and operations, I manage sales processes for matrix DevOps. I’m responsible for communications with our clients, our vendors, and Matrix internal departments. My primary focus is supervising and assuring accuracy in our billing and hourly activity reports, so they are reported and paid correctly. It’s a job where everything has do be handled efficiently, on time, and with obsessive detail to each task, invoice and report… all with a smile and readiness to solve issues instantly.
In my spare time, I like to get away from world of tech, traveling to far off places, as well as staying home, baking and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
